Project Overview – Auslaw

Auslaw Partners is one of Australia’s leading law firms with a multicultural background(English/Chinese/Japanese/Korean) and extensive practice experience in a wide range of legal areas. 

The brisbane based law firm has a goal of creating a one-stop platform for legal services for clients with multicultural backgrounds. 

With that, Auslaw engaged with Digital Channel to create a SEO strategy that enables them to rank on Google’s first page when consumers search “Brisbane lawyers” in different languages such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese and more.

Project Strategy

From an SEO perspective, whether consumers search in Chinese, English, Korean or Japanese, the questions they ask are similar before choosing a legal service. 

For instance, leading up to a divorce, potential customers would search “steps to file divorce”, “how to fight for child custody” , “how to divide property” etc. Making answers to these FAQs accessible for potential customers plays a big role during the process before someone chooses a legal service. 

For us and Auslaw, it’s clear. The content production speed and consistency is key to winning the SEO game.

Insights From the Digital Campaign

Digital campaign and SEO is about the speed to market and consistency:

  • If we want to improve on SEO rankings, we must regularly evaluate our own performance and pay attention to what our competitors are doing in the same category on a monthly basis if not more frequently.
  • Producing content regularly is hard for any business owner, particularly for a law firm where time is hyper-valuable, to say nothing of producing content in 3-4 different languages at the same time. But the hard work pays back in 6 months, leading to traffic and inquiries.
